You are being breathed

Cared for,
Supported in each moment

Can you feel it?

Allow the breath
Fully into your being.
Breathing through your skin

Your hands
Your heart
Feel yourself softening,
Melting
Merging
With the ocean of breath
In which you are held

You are safe.
